In stand-alone sessions, the focus is on understanding how you feel and how your thoughts can influence your emotional and physical well-being. Adult Individual Session
It is important to see your children as individuals with their own needs and personalities and not through others' perceptions or diagnoses. I provide a safe space to help your child overcome any emotional challenges they might be experiencing and understand themselves better. Although your child or teen is an individual, the family dynamics play an important role in their development.
I will provide therapy or evaluation only after a session with their parents and caretakers.
This fee includes a 90-minute session with parents followed by a 60-minute session with your child or teen.
Child and Adolescent
In stand-alone sessions, the focus is on understanding how you feel and how your thoughts can influence your emotional and physical well-being. In a couple of sessions, we explore the beliefs, thoughts, and feelings of both individuals with the goal of improving communication, enhancing emotional understanding, learning conflict-resolution skills, fostering mutual respect, and understanding each other's needs.
